The owners have taken great care to give
a true and honest representation of the
properties on this web site. However, there
may be changes related to information on
this web site which from time to time out
of our control or not updated immediately.
The property featured on this website are
subject to the following terms and conditions;
Period
of hire
Rental commences at 4pm on the day of arrival
and terminates at 10am on the day of departure.
This is important as time is required for
change-over before the arrival of the next
guests.
Smoking
All our gites operate a no smoking policy.
Pets
Due to the possibility of some guests being
allergic to pet hairs, we regret that we
have a policy of not accepting any pets.
Contract
holidaysenfrance.com operates short term
holiday rentals. The contract will be entered
into when holidaysenfrance.com issues a
confirmation e-mail or letter and will be
subject to all booking conditions.
Payment
A deposit of 20% of the booking total is
payable if the booking is made more than
6 weeks before the start of the rental.
The balance (plus a security deposit of
£100) will be payable 6 weeks before
the commencement of the rental. Non payment
of the balance of the rental on or before
the due date shall be deemed as a cancellation
of the contract by the client. For bookings
made less than 6 weeks before the commencement
of the rental, the total fee and security
deposit are payable at the time of the booking.

A
security deposit of £100 is payable
for each booking. This is fully refundable,
less any charge for breakages or damage
caused during the rental period.
Cancellation
Any cancellation for whatever reason should
be made in writing to holidaysenfrance.com
to the address above. On receipt of cancellation
wewill seek to re-let the property for the
period of the booking. If we are successful
in obtaining a booking for the whole period
it shall refund all monies paid at the time
of cancellation less a £20 administration
fee. If holidaysenfrance.com is only able
to re-let the property for part of the period
cancelled, it shall refund an amount equal
to the money paid less the rental for the
period which is not re-let and less the
administrative fee as detailed above. If
holidaysenfrance.com is unable to re-let
the property for any period no refund will
be due. Further, any outstanding balance
due for the booking shall be deemed as payable.
holidaysenfrance.com recommends that clients
should take out Holiday Insurance Cancellation
cover as a precaution for unforeseen circumstances.
Changes
to bookings
holidaysenfrance.com will consider any request
to change dates or cottage choice after
confirmation has been issued. It reserves
the right to charge an administration fee
of £20 in the event a change to the
booking is made.
Occupancy
and use of property
The number of persons occupying the property
must not exceed the maximum number as shown
in the brochure or web site. In addition
to the maximum occupancy one cot per property
will be made available on request. The property
shall be used for personal and domestic
purposes only. The property shall not be
used for any commercial purpose. Bookings
will not be accepted for 'Hen or Stag Parties'.
Breakages
or Damage
The client is required to notify holidaysenfrance.com
in the event of any breakages or damage
caused to the property or contents, holidaysenfrance.com
reserves the right to demand full payment
for such breakages or damage.
Care
of the Property
Clients should take all reasonable care
of the property and its contents and leave
them in the same state of repair and condition
as at the start of the rental.
Liability
holidaysenfrance.com and its employees shall
not be liable to the client or third parties
for any accident, damage, loss, injury,
expense or inconvenience which may be suffered,
arise out of or in any way connected with
the rental. No term of Contract is enforceable
under the Contracts (Rights of the Third
Parties) Act 1999 by a person who is not
a party to the Contract. If the property
which the client has booked becomes unavailable
for some reason prior to the date of booking
then holidaysenfrance.com’s obligation
will be to use their best efforts to offer
an alternative property or failing which
the client will be reimbursed for any monies
paid.
Warranties
holidaysenfrance.com does not warrant and
is not responsible for the accuracy of any
verbal information given or statements made
by its employees or agents.
Right
of Entry
holidaysenfrance.com reserves the right
to enter the property at all reasonable
times for purposes of inspection or to carry
out any necessary repairs or maintenance.
Rules
and Procedures
Clients are required to familiarise themselves
with and observe the rules and procedures
of holidaysenfrance.com contained within
the Information Book in each property.
Use
of the Facilities
The facilities at Les Bigoussies gites are
strictly reserved for the use of clients
and their immediate family and friends.
Client's guests may use the facilities only
with specific approval of holidaysenfrance.com
and for which a charge may be made at its
discretion. Any of the on site facilities
may be withdrawn from use by holidaysenfrance.com
in the event of any circumstances which
deem the facilities unsafe or present any
risk to health and safety. The facilities
will be withdrawn in the event of any misuse
or failure to comply with rules and procedures.

Guest
Safety
The cottages at holidaysenfrance.com have
all been developed from farm buildings and
clients should be aware that not all cottages
will have current safety and design features.
All cottages have smoke detectors, fire
extinguishers and fire blankets. Pools are
either fenced or alarmed in compliance with
French pool regulations.
Inventory
All cottages are equipped with equipment
deemed necessary for the purpose of holiday
accommodation. Details of fixtures and fittings
are described in the Brochure. Cots, highchairs
and stair gates are all available on request
at no charge and requirements should be
made on the booking form.
Towels
and Linen
All bed linen, towels and kitchen towels
are supplied, with the exception of swimming/beach
towels and cot bedding.
Heating/Electricity
Each cottage has its own independent boiler
which supplies hot water and heating. This
and the electricity supply are included
in the rental.
Telephones
There are no phones within the gites, but
there is a mobile phone signal on site.
We would therefore recommend that guests
that wish to have phone contact take a mobile
phone on their vacation.
