The accommodation is luxuriously furnished

Downstairs
Large lounge with 3 piece suite, Breton
furniture, LCD television with English freeview
channels, open fireplace and exposed beams
Separate Dining room, seating 6/8 at Breton
style dining furniture, again with open
fireplace and exposed beams.
The separate kitchen has a large range cooker
with fitted units including integrated dishwasher
and fridge/freezer and an additional informal
dining area sitting 6. All normal kitchen
appliances included - microwave, kettle,
toaster.
The washing machine/tumble drier is in a
separate utility room off the kitchen, along
with iron and ironing board.
A new high chair (for babies over 6months)
is available.
Leading from the kitchen into a hallway
is the very useful downstairs large shower
room with wc and washbasin. The side door
leading to the fenced swimming pool is also
from this hallway
Upstairs
3 double bedrooms, one en suite (with an
all over body shower cubicle) wc and vanity
unit.
1 separate family bathroom with bath, wc
and vanity unit.
All rooms upstairs have exposed beams and
wooden floor.
A cot and moses basket with bedding are
available
Outside
Exclusive heated swimming pool* - 4 feet
deep - with small roman end steps.
Hardwood patio table and chairs with seating
for 6.
BBQ with tools
Large front lawn.
